After years in the water, witnessing the unequal opportunities faced by women, Kate, George, Gigi, and Elle came together in early 2021 to found a global NGO.
Their purpose: to challenge systemic barriers and help close the gender gap in ocean-based industries.
But this mission isn’t just theirs. It belongs to anyone who dreams of a more inclusive ocean. As the community grows, so does the impact—amplifying voices, driving change, and forging new paths for those who choose a life at sea.
